- Host: The racing lobby will be created by Zagorni.
- Backups: If the main host is unavailable, Mrcheeseburger or Trilogzz will take over.
- Open Time: The lobby opens 15 to 30 minutes prior to the session start.
Settings Configuration
Lobby settings are strictly defined in the #lobby-settings Discord channel. They must be respected at all times unless a higher-up dictates a change.
- Sprint Format: Held a few hours before the main race with identical settings (Sprint Weekend mode).
- Reverse Grid: Qualifying will be OFF.
- Full Qualifying: Enabled if 16 or more drivers are present.
Correct Seat Selection
All drivers must choose their assigned seat and team.
- Penalty: 2 Penalty Points (Superlicense)
- Late Joiners: Go to the spectator menu, select the AI driver occupying your seat, and select "Take Control".
- Issues: Follow instructions from the directives immediately.
A specific time will be displayed in #f124-announcements. You must ready up by that time.
Delay of Game
Failure to ready up on time will result in 1 Penalty Point.
A session will only be restarted under the following conditions:
- Game glitch.
- Massive mass-disconnection.
- Incorrect lobby settings.
Restart Limit
Maximum ONE restart is granted per race weekend. If further issues persist, the Grand Prix will be moved to the following Sunday.
- Reporting Window: The
#ticket-box is open for 24 hours after the race.
- Evaluation: FIA will evaluate reports with complete transparency; all FIA members must agree on a decision.
- Appeals: Drivers may appeal a decision up to 2 days after official results are posted.
