This section outlines the democratic processes of the Precision Formula Championship (PFC) and the regulations governing the staff team.
Voting is conducted exclusively through official polls in designated Discord channels.
- Rights: Each registered member may cast one vote per poll.
- Deadlines: Votes must be submitted within the stated timeframe.
- Finality: Once closed, results are final unless declared invalid by higher-ups due to irregularities.
Members may vote on the following topics:
- Calendar: Track selection, race order, rescheduling.
- Lobby Settings: Region, hosting format, technical adjustments.
- Regulations: Minor amendments or format changes.
- Community: Special events.
Major rule changes, financial adjustments, or disciplinary actions remain under the authority of League Administration and the FIA.
The integrity of the vote is paramount.
- Independence: Members must not pressure or persuade others to vote for a specific option.
- Civil Discussion: Constructive suggestion is encouraged, but dialogue must remain civil.
- Tie-Breakers: In the event of a tie, the Server Owner and Administrators make the final decision.
Voting Penalties
Any attempt to manipulate democracy results in severe sanctions:
- Manipulation: Telling/convincing others how to vote = 2 Penalty Points.
- Alt Accounts: Using an alt to vote = Voting Ban + 2 Penalty Points.
- Staff Misconduct: Implementing rules without consultation = Formal Warning or Demotion.
- Fairness: Timeouts must be fair and only for clear rule breaks. Do not punish for "jokes" unless they cross a line.
- Respect: Staff must respect higher-ups and complete assigned tasks. Instigating arguments with members is prohibited.
- Discipline Authority:
- Bans: Must go through Jammy, Cheese, or Trilo (attempt to contact all 3).
- Kicks: Based on staff judgment for serious offenses.
To ensure balanced power, the following limits apply:
| Role |
Limit |
| Co-Owners |
Min 1 / Max 3 |
| Admins |
Max 3 |
| FIA Members |
Max 8 |
Staff are expected to meet strict activity standards to maintain their role.
- Message Quota: Minimum 50 meaningful messages per week (Race coordination, support, reviews).
- Task Completion: Tasks must be done on time. Delays must be communicated in advance.
- Inactivity: Failure to meet these standards may result in role adjustments or removal.
We only accept staff who are disciplined and reliable.
